Enhanced features on company's web application

Added search filters for tables using Ajax to reduce page reloads
Created simplified mapping algorithms for human readable interface names, integrated new tables within the current database and changed current code to reference new mapping tables (requiring mass upgrade to company's codebase and database)
Designed web pages with multiple tables in different tabs and pop-up windows
Fixed SQL render functions so that GUI tables can be sorted by multiple columns

Contributed to improving company's development processes

Abstracted a cronjob manager to run in-house simulated builds on development servers, with user-friendly implementation on the frontend
Added export functions to current builds to properly sync up primary and backup servers
Configured a new VM image with Centos 6.5, MySQL, Ruby on Rails, Apache, and Webrick to install the newest version of Redmine (2.5.2)
Heavily documented any new or confusing code and processes
Wrote script to upload all modified files in a local branch to the testing servers
Suggested new way of getting render classes within the codebase so the naming of the files and their locations are more flexible

Researched new libraries and presented findings to rest of development team

Gave a presentation on the Python library, argparse, which simplifies the interpretation of arguments given to a module through command line
Proposed the change to the Hstore data type for specific columns that require flexibility in the data stored
Documented the difference between three different types of inserts in PostgreSQL (line-by-line, multiline, and bulk load)
Documented the difference between running mass updates on a table and creating a new table with the updated data
